About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for Physiotherapists with experience in aged care—or those looking to transition into the sector—to deliver high-quality, client-focused care. As the aged care sector evolves, we are looking for professionals who embrace change and want to contribute to the growth and development of our services, alongside their clinical work.
At UPG, you’ll join a passionate team delivering exceptional care across multiple settings. You’ll primarily manage a residential care caseload, while also having opportunities to work in our community services, private practice, and flagship studio offering Pilates and sports physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and deliver tailored treatments
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, doctors, and allied health professionals
- Lead exercise groups and prescribe individualised exercise programs
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team and facility management to optimise client outcomes
- Manage your schedule efficiently, balancing clinical and non-clinical tasks
- Deliver workshops on Falls Prevention, Manual Handling, and other staff education
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring opportunities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or internationally recognised equivalent)
- AHPRA Registration (General or Limited)
- Clinical skills to assess, treat, and mentor junior therapists
- Valid working visa (if applicable)
- National Police Certificate, and NDIS/Working with Children Check
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
